Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

However, according to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Exception for Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold in our store are produced on demand after an order is placed. Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.

Because each product is made specifically for the customer, items are considered custom-made goods. Therefore, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once production has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Since production usually starts shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If production has already started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• a description of the problem

• clear photos of the item

We will offer either a replacement or a refund after reviewing the issue.
